Christine Tusa is a highly creative and energetic Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With expertise in a variety of different health modalities, she helps her clients find simple and fun fitness solutions to complement their lifestyle, increase their confidence, and improve their overall heath and wellbeing. Her expertise encompasses core work, posture, balance, strength, flexibility, biomechanics...even how to walk in high heels!

 

Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University. She has spent the last four years in Santa Barbara, CA studying a variety of fitness and health techniques. Christine's personal fitness experience includes foam roller, core stabilization, dance, yoga, pilates, running, aerobics, trapeze and personal fitness training.
