Christine is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University. She has spent the last four years in Santa Barbara, CA studying a variety of fitness and health techniques. Christine's personal fitness experience includes foam roller, core stabilization, dance, yoga, pilates, running, aerobics, trapeze and personal fitness training.
